Allen absolutely adores friends, and believes that just about anyone could be on his side as long as they show enough promise. By that he would usually refer to their status or their personality, if he didn't like either then they'd often be thrown to the curb. Of the two categories, Allen tends to lean more towards personality while those with talent tend to be usable canon fodder to him. They mean to him about as much as their ability can benefit, and that's about it. It's hard to find that rare combination that's a good portion of the both, but when he gets such friends he tends to hold onto them. They're valuable in all aspects, and in terms of his popularity it would be all the wiser to keep them around. Mainly because like him, they have a high probability of being liked or even charming. Albeit he likes to reserve that title for himself, sometimes the male just knows when he's beat. Otherwise, true friendship on Allen's end takes shape most often with flattery, friendliness, and at times an intimacy he doesn't share with most people. He has insecurities like everyone, but it seems only the closest of friends get to hear some of the truer emotions that lie within him. So, all it really takes his time...and a little status never hurt.
Humiliation of any form will instantly turn Allen against you, and be weary, the man has quite a grudge. He's rather clever in his punishments, and carries a patience that allows him to carry them out without anyone noticing. A perceptive boy through and through, he'll never throw any slurs directly at the people he hates. Instead he'll either show them how much he dislikes them, or wait till later for an indirect hate-filled gesture. Either way, Allen has a strong aversion to "fuckboys" and finds that he wouldn't bother being around them. He was rejected once before by them, and perhaps that is what inspires such dislike. Regardless of the reason, if he thinks your in with their brood, he'll be quite cautious of your motivations.
Flings are not new to Allen, and he will accept them whole-heartedly if they come his way. He'll likely never turn someone down, unless he plain dislikes them. When it comes to romance, he has his ways and a bit of romantic flair...but otherwise he has new interest in settling for one person. That is, his insecurities prevent him from doing so. In fact, the majority of his reasoning falls around the idea that he's nothing more than a lay. He wouldn't make anything better than that, and despite his confidence, underneath it is quite obvious he has some personal doubts. The one who can crack this sort of exterior is the person that will know him most, and will perhaps even be the one that he can believe in. Despite his misconceptions, he is still always looking.
