After a strange meteor shower cascading past the earth in December of 2015, residents and tourists of Lockridge alike have began to suddenly develop abnormal abilities that were thought to only belong in ancient myths. Unknown to the world, deities had transported themselves to Earth, possessing random individuals throughout the select Kentucky town. Those that became hosts to the gods have began to take on attributes of their associated deity and will soon discover having certain feelings, opinions, or magnetisms towards other certain people or aspects of life, death, and everything in between. As time has wore on, both hosts and typical humans alike in Lockridge have started to realize that more than just odd happenstances have been conducted either in secret or even making the news almost on a weekly basis. What is held in store for the people of this town is anyone's guess, but it's certain that these powers can't be kept hidden forever. Sooner or later, the gods that reside in these bodies will become more apparent and possibly even demand more than just a body to dwell in, for better or for worse.
